Graduate in Civil/Construction engineering preferably with PG qualification in construction management and with experience of 20-25 years in independently handling multiple engineering construction project sites. Must be familiar with modern mechanized methods of civil work, structural fabrication & erection, mechanical erection & piping and should have a large PRW contractor database in these areas.
Should be able to take charge of construction (including civil & structural work, equipment erection & commissioning) of multiple industrial EPC project sites from H.O. He will be responsible for planning & mobilization of equipment, manpower and contractors to site, coordinate with customers, execute the projects within time & cost and will also be responsible for timely billing, collection & cash flow management for the projects. Experience in contracts management is essential.
Graduate in Civil / Construction/ Mechanical engineering with at least 20-30 years experience in execution of large engineering/infrastructure projects. He should be able to take independent charge of construction activities (including civil & structural work, equipment erection & commissioning) of EPC project sites of Rs.500 Cr. and above.
Will be responsible for execution of all site construction activities within time & cost targets, administration of site, client relationship, contracts management and achievement of monthly billing & collection targets.

Graduate in Mechanical engineering with additional qualification in safety and with at least 20-25 years of experience in maintaining high standards of Health, Safety & Environment practices at large project sites. Should be conversant with best HSE practices of international standard and ISO:14001 requirements.
As HOD, he will set the HSE standards in the company, prepare & update HSE manual and will be responsible for implementation & maintenance of best HSE practices across all project sites.
Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with at least 20 years’ experience in contracts management of large infrastructure projects. He should be a seasoned contract management professional with adequate knowledge and experience in formulating and monitoring large contracts, indirect taxation and legal aspects of contract including arbitration.
He should be able to provide commercial, taxation and legal guidance to estimators in estimating taxation & pricing, marketing managers and procurement managers in formation of sales & purchase contracts and the project managers & construction managers in execution & monitoring of contracts. Additional qualification in commercial laws/indirect taxation would be given preference.
Graduate in Mechanical/Industrial/Civil/Construction engineering from a reputed engineering college with 7-20 years’ experience in independently managing industrial EPC projects like power plants, steel plants and other metallurgical process plants, of Rs.50 Cr. to 500 Cr. each. Must be conversant with contracts management and project scheduling and monitoring techniques using Primavera.
Will be responsible for management of sales & purchase contracts, execution of projects within targeted time, cost, and achievement of monthly billing & collection targets.
A post-graduate qualification in Project/Finance/Construction Management would be of added advantage.
