Leading the engineering team and is responsible for complete project systems for bulk material handling, ash handling and mineral beneficiation processes.
This role provides leadership throughout all project phases—including conceptual design, preliminary engineering, detailed design, and operational support—while driving the development of engineering requirements and ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams and related vendor support to achieve project deliverables, as well as participating actively in the project management process. The position works closely with the Project Manager, meets with clients, gathers and verifies field data, engages with equipment vendors, participates in project meetings, establishes project standards, and assists in developing project design criteria. Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of the Engineering Team to ensure successful and timely completion of project tasks.
