Ms. Indrani Ray is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Governance & Compliance functions, Finance & Treasury, Accounts/ Taxation/ MIS and Legal functions in listed companies. Last employment in EIH Limited of Oberoi Group. Earlier assignments include Tata Tea Limited (renamed as Tata Consumers Products Limited), Appejay Group, Philips Carbon Black Limited in RPG Group and Foster Wheeler Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Foster Wheeler USA, a major engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) company acquired by Amec plc in 2014 to form Amec Foster Wheeler, which was subsequently acquired by Wood Group in 2017
Ms. Indrani Ray has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Category: Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. 07th December, 2021.
Mr. Harish Avadhani (born 29th May 1964), aged about 62 years, B. Com (Hons), CMA
(Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India), and Fellow Member
of IMMI (Institute of Materials Management of India), with over 30 years’ experience
across Finance, Commercial, SCM, Outsourcing, EPC contract finalisation, purchase
processes, imports, indirect taxation, domestic & international logistics, insurance,
stores & inventory management. He joined McNally Bharat Engineering Company
Limited in the capacity of President – Commercial & Finance with effect from 16th April
2026.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Avadhani was associated with Garden Silk Fashion
Private Limited (The Chatterjee Group) as Vice President – Finance and OSP from
August 2024 to April 2026.
Preceding the above assignment, Mr. Avadhani was with Gainwell Commosales Private
Limited (Gainwell Group) from 2014 to 2024, where he headed Commercial & Logistics
and steered Commercial, Logistics, Inventory, and SCM for TIL Limited. As Head –
Commercial & Logistics, led the end-to-end order cycle and introduced greater rigor
and operational efficiency across the function.
Prior to his assignment with the Gainwell Group, he was associated with India Power
Corporation Limited (SREI Group) as Vice President – Commercial & Procurement from
2010 to 2014. He has served in various capacities in the field of materials management
and logistics across the cement, aluminium, gas, shipbuilding, and manufacturing
industries. Mr. Avadhani has extensive experience working on ERP systems across
multiple organisations.
Mr. Avadhani had also worked with Temba Shipyards Limited (a part of Cochin
Shipyards Limited) from 2008 to 2010 as Head – Procurement & Materials
Management and later as Finance Controller. From March 2001 to January 2008, he
was with BOC India Limited (Linde Group) as Procurement Manager, where he earned
the recognition of Key Manager in addition to MD’s Award for best team performance,
outstanding performance in project implementation and working in cross-functional
teams.
Between 1995 to 2001, Mr. Avadhani served as Commercial Manager at India Foils
Limited, prior to which he started his career as Assistant Manager Purchase at
Raymond Cement Works (presently, Lafarge Cement) in the year 1988.
On 28th May 2026, the Board of Directors of McNally Bharat Engineering Company
Limited on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee,
appointed Mr. Harish Avadhani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company,
effective from 1
st June 2026.

Mr Sarvesh Kumar Adukia (DIN 10587259) aged 41 years is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Mr Adukia is having more than 18 years of experience in strategy, governance and stakeholder management across a multi-country group and led multidisciplinary teams across finance, operations and compliance, implementing a robust MIS to strengthen executive decision-making and also having experience in advising the Board of two European group entities (Germany & Hungary) on strategy, liquidity and financial controls. He is recognised for driving business transformation and creating long-term shareholder value.
