Mr Sarvesh Kumar Adukia (DIN 10587259) aged 41 years is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Mr Adukia is having more than 18 years of experience in strategy, governance and stakeholder management across a multi-country group and led multidisciplinary teams across finance, operations and compliance, implementing a robust MIS to strengthen executive decision-making and also having experience in advising the Board of two European group entities (Germany & Hungary) on strategy, liquidity and financial controls.
